We are hiring for a Customer Care Assistant at our Metal Industries, Bushnell, Florida location.
Job Description:
Maintain sales and service levels for the respective GRD email accounts on a daily basis, with a four-hour response time.
Assisting customer care staff with duties where required.
Process warranty RGA's (Return Goods Authorization) Proactively communicate late shipments to rep network Provide Packing Slips and POD's Provide Invoice/Acknowledgment copies Accurately process e-orders Run RGA report- cancelled, expired, and received Run RGA open reports quarterly Efficiently coordinate change orders with rep network and MI production Run weekly Hours per Hundred Department Reports Run Shipment Reports for orders shipped Issue credit requests/debit memos Plant assignments/edit orders Proficient in Excel and Outlook Able to remain calm and professional, even with challenging clients Some analytical ability required Job Type:
