We are currently hiring for Entry Assemblers at our Metal Industries location.
Job Description:
Performs repetitive and non-repetitive tasks at workstation or line assembly operation producing Air vents, grilles and registers.
Assemble according to company submittals.
Major Responsibilities/Activities (Essential duties and responsibilities include the following, but other duties may be assigned):
Constantly operates push button and/or foot pedal operated machinery.
Constantly assembles parts using hand tools, hands and machinery.
Requires limited independent judgment.
Carries out simple verbal or written instructions.
Performs visual checks to determine if equipment and/or tooling are properly aligned and produce a quality product.
Responsible for quality of own work.
Must be able to read tape measure.
Employee is required to stand, use hands, tools, controls and feet.
Occasionally required to walk and push carts with product.
Required to reach with hands and arms, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, lift, carry, move or position objects up to 35 pounds.
