RV Sales Professional

We're looking for results-driven Sales Professionals from any and all industries--RV/auto sales experience is great, but not necessary! We provide a full training program that will prepare you for the Sales Professional role.
We offer excellent pay and benefits with earnings up to $150,000 per year- with a $500.
00 bonus after 30 days and $1,000 after 90 days!
Responsibilities:
Manage customer acquisition and retention by driving sales with a high level of customer service.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Adjust content of sales presentations by determining needs of the customer.
Reach out to customer leads and provide consistent follow-up.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Previous Sales Experience--auto experience helpful Excellent communication/well-spoken Knowledge of MS Office Familiarity with BRM/CRM practices Must be able to work Saturdays GED or High School Diploma Essential Characteristics:
Highly motivated and target driven Excellent communication Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills Relationship management skills Openness to feedback and growth
