Answer telephones and deal with basic questions from witnesses and the public.
Open electronic files by importing and scanning documents into case management system Maintain electronic files Schedule appointments and manage attorneys' calendars Must have basic computer skills and experience using Microsoft Word programs Must have ability to communicate effectively in writing and on the telephone Must have knowledge of correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar usage; good reading comprehension Must have the ability to work well within a team atmosphere; the ability to work independently, to multitask, and to receive direction; and the ability to meet deadlines on a daily basis Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
