We do high-speed rental karts for the general public, as well as host competition racing for go karts, motorcycles and more.
This position:
We are looking for someone with supervisor experience that can supervise the facility when the owners are not there.
Supervisor would learn the different positions at the facility (front counter, point of sale, running the rental kart grid, flagging races etc) and then would be able to assist any employees during their shifts.
Supervisor would ensure the place is running smoothly and properly, that proper protocols are being followed, that customers are happy, and that all insurance and state regulations are being followed.
Supervisor would also ensure the opening or closing duties are done completely.
This is a part time, evening position but has the opportunity to grow to more hours/more days if desired.
Bonus, but not required if supervisor has any sort of racing or mechanical knowledge.

Show up to work on time Use moderate physical strength Not use cell phone during work hours Not use tobacco during work hours Be extremely polite to customers, other staff and team leaders Enforce safety rules to customers in a polite way Take initiative and get tasks accomplished Wear appropriate BMP attire during work Work while at work.
