An employee in this position performs work that involves the operation of a multi-line phone system and other receptionist and clerical duties.
EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED:
Answers incoming calls and makes a proper connection to person or office requested; keeps records or updates the electronic case tracking system of calls and messages that cannot be delivered immediately; answers routine non-technical questions and refers other questions to proper persons or offices Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming mail Maintains order in the reception room Performs clerical duties such as filing, typing, posting simple data, and folding/sorting letters (Please note:
